He is survived by: his parents, Rex Belka and Debra Belka (Henry) of Caledonia; his wife Dawn Anker; his children, Codey Anker of Bay City, Keaton Belka of Cass City and Kendal Belka of Cass City; his sister Amie Kemppainen of Lansing; his nephew Aiden; his niece Avarie; and his brothers-in-law, Rodney Anker of Cass City and Ryan Anker (Daisarae) of Bay City. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
