She is survived by: her children, Cindy Fields (Mike), Jill Leeson (Joe), Mike Middaugh (Kristin) and Tim Middaugh (Kris); her daughter-in-law Tammy Middaugh; her grandchildren, Jon, Joshua, Stephanie, Nick, Morgan, Jared, Kyle, Becca, Randi, Fred III, Brandon, Carter, Logan and Seder; and her sister Jeanette Staschke.
