It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Hanby of Cass City, Michigan, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Gordon and Ida Gordon (Vogel); her children, Sharon Todd (Robert "Toby") of Oak Hill, OH, James Hanby (Rita) of Cass City, Jeff Hanby (Michelle) of Cass City, Lori Patera (Randy) of Cass City and Greg Hanby (Kristi) of Saline; her grandchildren, Shannon Todd (Jeremy Brunson), Wesley Todd (Amy), Mary Beth Hofner (Aaron), Eric Hanby (Susan), Kurt Hanby (Ashleigh), Bradley Hanby (Sarah), Kyle Hanby, Jacob Hanby (Charity), Bethany, Rachel Patera, Joel Patera, Kendal Hanby, Ian Hanby and Reese Hanby; her great grandchildren, Gunnar, Annabelle, Savannah, Izabella, Marisa, Alexis, Steyr, Seth, Ezra, Keely, Kellan, Aidan, Ward, Colman and Nevin; her husband Don; and her grandson Caleb Hanby.
Visitors are reminded to wear a mask or facial covering and maintain social distancing while inside the funeral home.
