It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Loomis of Cass City, Michigan, born in Gagetown, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Weatherhead and Gladys Weatherhead (Zellar); her husband Donald Howard Loomis; and her brothers, Kenneth Weatherhead and William Weatherhead.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Dornbush (William) of Sartell, MN, Debbie Cooklin (Henry) of Monticello, IL, Sally Scott (Michael) of Cass City, Thomas Loomis (Valorie) of Petoskey and Kay Ware (Ethan) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Brianne Dornbush (Matt Malarkey), Ariel Dornbush, Joshua Dornbush (David), Aaron Cooklin (Ingrid), Amy Bell (Bernard), Angela Cresap (Kyle), Ian Scott (Nicole), Bryce Scott, Joseph Loomis, Benjamin Loomis (Megan), Hannah Loomis, Peter Loomis, Rachel Loomis, Malachi Ware, Jackson Ware, Noah Ware and Julia Ware; her great grandchildren, Nora Bell, Eli Bell, Kaden Cresap, Kolter Cresap, Kaia Cresap, Ekko Scott and Lucian Scott; her sister Elaine Hendrick (Dick); and her sister-in-law Barbara Weatherhead. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
