He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellington LaPeer and Effie LaPeer (Greenleaf); and his brothers, Walter LaPeer (Dorothy Putnam), John LaPeer, Richard LaPeer and Fred LaPeer (Robert LaPeer).
He is survived by: his wife Connie Howard; his daughters, Amanda LaPeer of Akron and Ashley Spencer (Timothy); and his sisters, Patricia Guilds (Gary) of Cass City and Dianne Hempton (Walter) of Cass City. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
