She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Eccel and Matilda Eccel (Strand); and her siblings, Leonard Eccel and Theresa Wiedrich. She is survived by: her children, Mary Butorac (James) of Ishpeming, MI, Christine Huven (Kenneth) of Caspian, MI and Ernest Remondini (Renee) of Green Bay, WI; her grandchildren, Tyson Butorac (Lindsey), Andrea Wright (Greg), Alexandra and Angelina Remondini; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Eriana Sucholl, Jaxson Wright, Amelia and Mitchell Butorac. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Jacobs Funeral Home, Inc. of Iron River (405 W Cayuga St, Iron River, MI 49935). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (510 Brady Ave, Caspian, MI 49915).
