He is survived by: his children, Katrina Harkes, Chassity Huyser and Chandra Kamminga; his mother Marilyn Middleton; and his siblings, Roxanne Middleton (Don) and Scott Middleton (Rhonda). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
