He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Wingard and Cora Wingard; his pet Elliott; his wife Anna; his daughters, Alison Wingard, Wendy Kleiber (Scott), Andrea Thomas (Paul) and Kimberly Vargo; and his grandchildren, Baylee, Cait, Laney, Lance, Zach, Anna and Morgan.
