She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John D. Longcore and Ellen Christina Longcore (Bell) of Newaygo; her husband Jack D. Geldersma; her sister Donna Jean Crisman of Sparta; her sons, Wayne A. Ashley (Lesa) of Casnovia, Mitchell Johns Ashley of Baldwin and Mark D. Geldersma of Comstock Park; and her stepdaughter Kathy VanLuinen of Big Rapids. She was also cherished by eight Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, and two Great Great Grandchildren.
