He is survived by: his parents, Norma Kuiper and Robert Kuiper; his daughter Tabatha Noble (Gary); his grandchildren, Jordan Noble and Jonathan Noble; and his siblings, Timmy Jones (Hayley), Rebecca Kuiper, Randy Kuiper, Vicki Filker (Joel) and Julie Crane (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be given to Gentiva Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
