He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wieczorek and Monica Wieczorek (Zmich); and his children-in-law, Denise, Vonda and Jack.

He is survived by: his children, Stanley Wieczorek, Stephen Wieczorek (Tracie), Mark Wieczorek (Karen), Jack Wieczorek, Linda Hensel and Jeanette Shelley (Ken); his grandchildren, Kaytie Bowman (Kyle) and Jack Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Wyatt and Roy.
