She is survived by: her children, Chris Smith of Pigeon, Shayne Smith (Maryann) of Madison Heights, Gary Smith of Caseville and Katrina Smith of Mt. Pleasant; her mother Mary Louwers; her brother Keith Burrick of Kentucky; and her boyfriend Frank Phelps (family: Meagen, Landon, Frankie, Xavier, Dominick).
