He is survived by: his wife Lillian Lesko; and his children, Jeff Schmidt (Clare) of Clinton Township, Jerry Schmidt of Alpena and Jeanne Blanford (Tim) of Pinckney. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
