She is survived by: her caregiver Dales Hospital; her children, Erik (Pauline) of Pigeon, Bernadette Truxal (Rick) of Wichita and Michael (Leah) of Brighton; her grandchildren, Janessa Johnson (Tyler), Cody (Maddie), Lauren Truxal, Emma Truxal and Isabelle; and her great grandchild Colton Johnson.
