He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sr. Champagne and Olive Champagne (O'Conner); his son-in-law James Muirhead; and his siblings, Annamae, Loretta, Joanne, Helene, Winifred, Virgil, Jim, Russell, Grace, Lee, John, Peter Jr. and Chuck.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; and his children, Sharon Champagne of Caseville, Joan Pickelman (Brian) of Freeland, Renee Muirhead of Austin, TX, Lisa Fallis (John) of Saginaw, Brian Champagne (Kimberly Nicholson) of Rocky Top, TN and Irv. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
