He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Horning (Thom), Gail Osborne, Mary McGeathy, Sue Addy (Keith Matz), Richard Addy Jr., Therese Neilson, Peter Addy (Cindi) and David Addy (Sherri); and his girlfriend Elizabeth Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
