She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Herz and Viola Herz; and her husband Conrad Golemba. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Carson (Edward), David Golemba (Karen), Jeffrey Golemba (Leslie Farmer) and Jennifer VanAssche (John). She is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and to Grace Hospice of Marysville.
