He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kashouty and Joann Kashouty. He is survived by: his wife Terri Kashouty; his son Michael Kashouty (Christine); his stepson Sean Swierkosz; his grandchildren, Brock Kashouty, Devin Gardner, Jonathan, Anna Marie and Ryan Swierkosz; and his stepsisters, Pam Whiting (George), Penny Penzien (Don), Peggy Penzien (Scott) and Patrice Moeller (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to wishes of the family.
