With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Margaret Chase of Casco, Michigan, born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Margaret Chase to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bunnell and Rose Bunnell (Renaud). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Chase; her children, Sheryl Chase of Escanaba, Susan Chase of St. Clair Shores, Timothy Chase (Rochelle) of Largo, FL, David Chase (Laura) of St. Clair and Matthew Chase (Kit) of Casco; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Kaatz Funeral Directors - Richmond (71235 Memphis Ridge Rd, Richmond, MI 48062). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (68035 Main St, Richmond, MI 48062).
