He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Kablitz (James) of Atlanta, Judy Periat of Lapeer and Pat Tuscany of Casco; his nieces, Lisa Speight (Michael), Sheryl Scott (Paul), Jennifer Periat, Holly Withey (David), Tiffany Soblo (Nicholas) and Angela Tuscany; his nephew William Kablitz (Leslie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Gonzales, Jared Gonzales, Brhyn Stewart, Ariana Kablitz, Mary Deverell and Merritt Soblo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bill's honor may be made to St. Augustine Church in Richmond.
