She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Forest (Sue), Dean Forest and Aaron Forest (Lisa); her nieces and nephews, Jason, Alison, Luke, Ben, Emma and Cole; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Audrey, Brady and Lainey; and her pets, Spirit and Diamond. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
