She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Buch and Emma Buch; and her sister Bernice Putze. She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Bular; her children, Tony E. Bular, Colleen M. Bular, Steven P. Bular and Scott M. Bular (Brenda); her grandchildren, Megan Somervell (Brad), Stephanie Bernard (Alex), Aaron Bular, Nichole Lubinski (Mike), Garrett Bular and Sarah Bular; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Bernard and Connor Lubinski; and her siblings, Deanna Gombos (Paul) and Edward Buch.

Ilene's family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the Sandusky District Library.
