He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Troutner and Virginia Troutner (MacDonald); and his sisters, Neva Lee Copenhaver and Roseann M. Holmgren. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Max Troutner and Paul Richards (Kimberly); his stepchildren, Joshua Malik (Yibing) and Lindsey Dima (Jacob); and his brother Max Troutner. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
