It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane E. Nichol of Carsonville, Michigan, born in Sandusky, Michigan, who passed away on March 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nichol and Velma Nichol (Rich); and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Taylor, Lola Wood and Laura Carpenter.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Sias of Ft. Gratiot, Pauline Nichol of Ft. Gratiot and Thomas Nichol of Carsonville; his grandsons, Christopher Fahs and Adam Guiger; and his siblings, Dale Nichol of Carsonville, Janice Woods (Raymond Butch) of Croswell and Carrie Smeader of Carsonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in honor of Duane may be given to the Sanilac Humane Society.
