She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Scott and Grace Scott (Goatbe); her husband Harvey K. Horak Jr.; her daughter Jennifer Wenzel; and her sisters, Grace and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, William Horak and Barbara Horak; her grandchildren, Brandon, Xena (Theron), Cody and Jon; her great grandchildren, Sylvia, Theron and Ella Mae; and her brother Lee Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
