With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald C. Carter of Carsonville, Michigan, who passed away on September 30, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Carter and Blanche Carter (Thornton); his spouse Cleo M. Pritchard; and his great grandchild Owen Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Larry (Alice), Roxanne Douglas (John), Vicky Landrith (Robert), Lori Lusher (Franklin), Jody Elliott (Greg) and Melisa Hickson (Matthew); his daughter-in-law Valene Pattee; his close friend Shirley Wright; and his sister-in-law Anna Carter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
