He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Basler and Betty Basler; and his brother Roger Basler. He is survived by: his wife Jane Basler (Szczerowski) of Carsonville; his daughters, Sara McHugh of St. Clair, MI and Kristen Dandison (John) of St. Clair, MI; his grandchildren, Kylie, Harper McHugh, Patrick, Madeline and Thomas Dandison; and his siblings, John Basler (Connie) and Connie Panduren (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
