He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Litwiller; and his nephew Abe Friesen. He is survived by: his mother Vada Litwiller of Carson City; his wife Brenda Litwiller of Carson City; his children, Maddi Eller (Jeremiah) of Sumner, Mindi Shinabarger of Carson City and Mason Litwiller (Morgan) of Carson City; his stepchildren, Kelsie Flinn (Bryant) of Ionia, Brad Cook (Alisha) of Greenville and Nathan Cook (Mellisa) of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Noah, Aylah, Wyatt, Raegan, Hudson, Amaya, Landon, Kennedy, Parker, Javen, Bently, Charlie and Layla; and his siblings, Vanita Friesen (Collin) of Ontario, Canada and Randall Litwiller (Cindy) of Goshen, Indiana. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
