He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gene and LaVeda Jean Shinabarger (Sparks); and his niece Kimberly Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Donalda "Donni" McCutcheon, Sheila (Larry Davis), Tina (Steve Hickok), Bill Shinabarger, Julie Shinabarger, Joe Shinabarger (Samantha Gallagher), Jay Shinabarger and Jary (Amy Shinabarger); and his nieces and nephews, Trisha, Josh Lovett, Stacey Aycock, Aaron Hickok, Billy Shinabarger (Camp), April Powers, Jodon Shinabarger, Tabetha Shinabarger and D. J. Shinabarger.
