She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn McNeilly and Isabelle McNeilly (Alspaugh); her husband Charles Sherd; her brothers, Kenneth and Wayne McNeilly; her son Bruce Sherd; and her son-in-law Wayne Ogger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Ogger and Bonnie Roede (Jim); her daughter-in-law Rosemarie Sherd; and her sister Beulah Mangan.
