She is survived by: her parent Bettie Lewis (Cramer); her spouse Dennis Kocks; her children, Jason Kocks, Tarah Lapine and Evangeline; her grandchildren, Amber Rose, Jamie Lynn, Eric James and Mark James; her siblings, Alfred Lewis, Ronda Warmbier (Phillip), Nina Jackson (Harold), Rickie Lewis and Sandra Dupuis (Michael); her mother-in-law Lillian "Betty" Haas; and also, Jennifer Kocks and Trisha Stabek (Mark). She is also survived by wife, mother and grandmother.
