He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Miller and Kathleen Hoeppner (Waier); his stepfather Wilbert Hoeppner; his stepbrother Terry Hoeppner; his parents-in-law, Ernest Jerry and Carol Irwin; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hoeppner and Dave Beckman.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Sue Irwin; his daughters, Samantha Miller, Shanna Rath (Joe) and Kaylin VanWert (Andy); his grandchildren, Thaden Turnbull, Abigail, Eleanor and Isla Rath; his stepsiblings, Dale Hoeppner and Diane Beckman; and his siblings-in-law, Joni Truemner (Mike), Pamela Lynch (Tim), Scott Irwin (Connie), Todd Irwin (Mindy) and Marlene Hoeppner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Saginaw County Animal Control or the Saginaw Rescue Mission.
