It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman G. Gomez of Carrollton, Michigan, born in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Carmen Gomez; his son Phillip Gomez; and his siblings, Apolinar, Albert, Morris, Heriberto, Tony, Alfredo, Eva and Gloria.
He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Gomez of Saginaw; his sons, Andrew Gomez of Saginaw and Stephen "Steve" Gomez of Lansing; his grandson Phil Gomez (Kelly) of Saginaw; his sons, Annastasia "AJ" Edwards (John) of Saginaw and Christopher Gomez of Bay City; his great grandchildren, Alexis Gomez, Jonathan Edwards and Alexandria Edwards; and his brothers, Oscar Gomez (Juanita) of Carrollton, Jose Gomez of Carrollton and Carmen Gomez of Saginaw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
