He is survived by: his parent Arlene Polzin (Katzenberger); his wife Cheryl Polzin; his children, Brian Polzin (Tina Kushion) and Angela Brubaker (Daniel); his grandchildren, Destiny, Dominik, Mason Polzin and Gabriel Lutzke; and his siblings, Bobby Polzin and Sharon Zinn.
