He is survived by : his wife Helen Ford (Howard); his children, Cheri DuBay (Jon), Scott Ford (Heather) and Ken Ford (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jonathan Lanczak (Susan), Alyssa Ford, Avery Ford and Ella Ford; and his great grandchild Eloise Lanczak.
