He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ford and Bernice Ford (Mallory); and his brothers, Robert and Leonard Ford. He is survived by: his wife Helen Ford (Howard); his children, Cheri DuBay (Jon), Scott Ford (Heather) and Ken Ford (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jonathan Lanczak (Susan), Alyssa Ford, Avery Ford and Ella Ford; and his great grandchild Eloise Lanczak.
