He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O'Neil and Evelyn O'Neil (Corey); and his siblings, Francis, Jim, Janice and Clarissa.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wideman; his children, Kara Nowacki (Jeff) of St Johns, Amy Schlegel (Don) of Saginaw, Shannon O'Neil of St Johns, Ryan O'Neil of St Ignace and Cheryl Jurek of Grand Rapids; his grandsons, Brendan, Sam Schlegel and Vincent Nowacki; and his brother Keith O'Neil (Harriet). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
