He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Donald and Barbara Chapman, Sr. (Doutre); his grandparents, Walter, Emma Babchenko and Lenora Doutre; his siblings, Pamela Monnerjahn, Shelley Henning, Donald and Douglas Chapman; and his mother-in-law Nancy Gosson (Sinclair).
He is survived by: his wife Shara Chapman; his children, Starr Lockwood and Jeremiah Chapman; his stepsons, Ian Rahn and Dr. Kyle Rahn (Alyssa); and his grandsons, Paxtin, Eenik, Erickson and Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
