It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Fessler Jr. of Caro, Michigan, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley, Sr. Fessler and Hallene Ruby Fessler (Stader); his wife Eileen Keating; his brother-in-law Warren Mewhorter; and his grandchildren, Tina Beckrow and Joshua Fessler.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara (Pat Castillo) of Caro, Stanley III (Rita Fessler) of Caro, Joseph (Debra Fessler) of Vassar and Greg (Jill Fessler) of Caro; and his sister Marylin Mewhorter of Livonia. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Stanley's family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to St. Christopher Food Pantry, 910 West Frank Street, Caro, MI 48723.
