He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Keltner Sr. and Oliva Afterton Keltner; his wife Marline Margaret Smith; and his son Daniel Keltner. He is survived by: his children, Grace, Thomas Fields of Port Richey, Susan Barriger of North Jackson, Ohio and Shirley Wright of Perry, FL. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
