She is survived by: her mother Beverly Jeanne Smith (Warren); her husband Jerry Pavia; her children, Jeremie Vella (Sally) and Jennie Rickard (Lester Halifax); her stepdaughter Jessica Blissett (Casey); and her siblings, Karen Smith, Brenda Smith, Donald Smith (Daniel Blaha), Jeff Smith (Teresa) and Lesley Smith Hicks (Rob Jensen). She is also survived by many grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
