He was predeceased by: his parents, James Decker and Gloria Austin; his brother Scott Decker; and his brother-in-law Jeff Turner. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Boehm (Jacob), James Decker, Jr. and Alyssa Decker-Gonzales; his grandchildren, Elena, Aiden, Claire, Alexander, Gwendolyn, Lucyanna, Isaac, Marcus, Harmony and Romeo; and his sisters, Sherry Turner and Laura Tackbury (Fred). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many friends.
