He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Elmy and Dorothy Elmy (Sutherland); his wife Karen Elmy of Caro; his children, Steven, Shantele Elmy of Midland, Diana, Adam Kollman of Fenton, Melissa and Matt Osborne of Caro; his stepchildren, Jeffrey, Angela Roach of Pontiac, Cheryl and Gabe Sanger of Caro; his sisters, Edna (Arnold Sattelberg) and Bonnie Elmy of Caro; and his brother-in-law Earl (Marlys Fischer). He was also cherished by niece and four nephews; and many cousins and friends.
Ed's family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church or to the Tuscola County Animal Shelter.
