She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigmond Pieper, Sr. and Alma Pieper (Boone); her sons, James P. Carolan and Wesley D. O'Day; her grandson Robert Fisher; and her brother Sigmund Pieper Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Furdek (Gerry) of Sullivan, MO, Mary Weiland (Russ) of Roseville, MI and Charity Caverly (Wade) of Caro, MI; and her grandchildren, Ronda Taylor, Thomas Furdek, Rachael McFarland (Travis), Michael Furdek (Bianca), Alexander Furdek (Abby), Julie Fisher, Krag Caverly (Stephanie), D. O., Bret Caverly, Nathan Caverly, Jakelyn Varley (Michael), Annie Ramsey, James Carolan, IV and Rebecca Carolan. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
