She is survived by: her mother Betty Isbell (Wilson); her husband Eugene Praschan; her children, Ken Praschan, Kelly Cook and Mark (Leah Praschan); her grandchildren, Adam (Rebekah), Julie, Annie and Emily Cook; and her siblings, Rob (Helen Isbell), Patricia Isbell, Sue (Dale Bradford) and Mike Isbell (Natocha Taylor).
