He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Popp and Mildred Popp (Ekstrom). He is survived by: his children, David T. L. Popp of Guam and Amanda Noguer (Raul) of Florida; and his siblings, Donna Rocheleau of Caro, Al Popp of Mayville, Peter Popp (SueAnn) of Indian River and Darrell Popp (Sue) of Caro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his Guam family.
