He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Howie and Anne Howie (Campbell); his wife Alice Schulz; and his brother Larry Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Sandra K. Holmes, Donald J. Martin (Karen), Norma J. Abbott (Daniel), Randy Martin (Patty), Tom Campbell (Shallen), Cathy Campbell (Gene Norman) and David Campbell, Jr.; his brother Ernie Campbell (Donna); and his sisters-in-law, Madea Schulz, Daisy Schulz, Jane Dietzel (Earl) and Audrey Campbell. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
