He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Haddix and Donna Grace Portice (McIntosh); his sisters, Rona and Kayln; and his son-in-law James.
He is survived by: his children, Tim, Joyy, Derek, Morgan and Dwight; his grandchildren, Olivia, Lyric, Bentley, Cheveyo, Adreena, Deedra, Thomas, Destinee, Makenzie and Bryce; his sisters, Denise and Dara; and his former wife Lisa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
