He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Rhode and Dagmar Rhode; his wife Hazel Victorene Erickson (Marie); his siblings, Florian Rhode (Helen), Hubert Rhode, Robert Rhode, Clifford Rhode (Carol), Howard Rhode (Rosemary), Raymond Rhode, Floyd Rhode and Irene Rhode; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Rhode and Johnny Simmonetti.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Moreau (John), Linda Rhode, Donald Rhode (Robyn) and Diane Rhode; and his siblings, Blaine Rhode (Gloria), Allan Rhode, Bernice Simmonetti and Betty Rhode (Darwin). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
