He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lahay and Marion Lahay (Rouse); and his brother Tim Lahay. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Lahay of Grand Rapids, MI; his children, Christine Lahay of Grand Rapids, MI., James Lahay of Grand Rapids, MI, David Lahay (Stacy) of Byron Center, MI., Lawrence Lahay of Miami, FL and Barbara Feys (Shane) of Carmel, IN; and his siblings, Jerry, Roger (Judy), Bob Lahay (Judy) and Susie Gagne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers any acts of kindness or sympathy may be directed to his son David Lahay.
