He was predeceased by: his parents, William Capps and Dorothy Capps (Walsh); and his sister Carole Capps. He is survived by: his wife Wong Capps; his daughters, Carol Blankenship (Richard) and Joan Miller (Peter); his grandchildren, Nicole Miller, Perci Miller (Jae Butcher), Alec Blankenship (Rachel), Brendan Blankenship and Eric Spedding; and his brother Donald Capps (Janet).
